We understand that nobody wants the experience of waiting several days or even weeks for your orders. That is why we strive to provide the best dispatch times for our customers. We guarantee that any orders made Monday – Friday will be dispatched no more than 24hrs after order received. (*excluding public holidays and weekends)

PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present to accept delivery. We recommended that you provide your work address for delivery if you won't be home during business hours. Our couriers do not require a signature to leave a parcel. Please ensure you read our Terms and Conditions before ordering.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $120*.

Flat Rate Shipping

    • Standard Shipping - For any orders under $120, we offer a flat rate of $9.95.
      For orders that weigh over 2kg may incur a $15 shipping charge.
    • Express Shipping – For any orders, we offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of only $24.95
      For orders that weigh over 3kg will incur a $30 shipping charge.

Unchained Supplements do not offer Express Shipping on RTDs or any orders including RTDs.  RTDs and orders with RTDs incur a standard shipping rate charge based on the state in-which the order has been made.


If you would like to request a return for a product you have purchased through our Unchained Supplements Online Store, please contact our Customer Service Team.


Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Please email our Customer Support Team with the following:

  • Full Name
  • Original invoice number displayed on the confirmation email
  • Reason for return
  • Relevant photos if required
  • Contact details

To be eligible for a return:
Returns must be received within 14 days of lodging a request
Unopened and unused in original sealed packaging
Securely wrapped
Accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase
Returned to us at your own expense

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact Unchained Supplements ASAP. We strive to deliver you your orders in record time, so please be aware that your order may have already been dispatched. As a result, we cannot guarantee requests to cancel orders.

Heavily discounted Clearance items are subject to short expiry dates and/or discontinued products. For this reason, no refunds will be offered on Clearance items unless:

  • Seal of product is broken

PLEASE NOTE: Each product is thoroughly checked upon receiving stock at Unchained Supplements. We will NOT sell products online or in-store, where the seal of the product is broken.

Please carefully order the products you desire, as Unchained Supplements do not accept open/used product returns if:

    • You receive what you have ordered and merely changed your mind
    • You misused the product/s in any way that caused the problem
    • The product did not perform to your expectations
    • You do not like the flavour/ingredients, including products where the manufacturer has reformulated the ingredients and/or repackaged the product label
If you receive damaged/faulty, or an incorrect product from Unchained Supplements, please email us at along with the following:
    • Full name
    • Contact details
    • Original Order number/receipt
    • Relevant photos
    • Our team will contact you directly and arrange an appropriate exchange or refund of the damaged/faulty product/s.
