To legitimise and validate your account, it is mandatory to include your email and phone number. In order for us to send you unique rewards and offers, we also need your email/phone number as this is communicated electronically.

WHERE CAN I USE MY LOYALTY POINTS?

Your points are redeemable Online and Instore at Unchained Supplements.

CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Points are only accumulated from product purchases, therefore, while we still offer free shipping on all orders excluding orders with RTDs, Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed for express shipping.

HOW CAN I USE MY LIFETIME MEMBER DISCOUNTS?

To use your lifetime Unchained Supplements discounts that you may have received during the first opening of our store, you must either get in contact with a staff member to confirm your member discount to then be given a code, or shop in-store.

HOW DOES THE 5% OFF MEMBER DISCOUNT WORK?

Sign into your Loyalty account and after adding products to your account, head over to th cart overview page and apply your 'Unchained Supps Loyalty Member' Discount - accessd via the 'REWARDS' widget located on the bottom right hand side of the website.

Th 5% discount for Unchained Supplements Loyalty Rewards is a lifetime benefit for our customers to enjoy!

HOW TO I CHECK MY LOYALTY ACCOUNT?

Simply login to your account through our website via the Rewards widget on the bottom right of your screen.

WILL MY POINTS EVER EXPIRE?

Yes. After 365 days, your points will expire. Before expiration, you will receive an email notification warning you a month in advance about the expiration of your points.

HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS TO THE HIGHER LOYALTY REWARD TIERS?

Unfortunately, these tiers are reserved for very special occasions and Unchained Supplement Ambassadors.

HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS TO THE BASE REWARD TIER?

The Base Member Tier was rewarded to customers during very first few opening months; however, we are no longer allowing signups to the 5% off Unchained Supps lifetime discounts.

For Members who have already signed up will be able to access their discounts as per usual.

HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS TO THE GOLD VIP REWARD TIER?

The VIP Gold Member Tier is rewarded to customers during very special events, and when we recognise the Unchained Community showing us love on Socials!

Rewards for being a Gold VIP Member is a lifetime 10% discount off all orders at Unchained Supplements.

WHY IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BASE TIER AND VIP GOLD LOYALTY TIER SET SO HIGH?

The difference between the VIP Gold Member Tier and the Base Loyalty Tier is correctly set as 10,000,000 points on purpose. For this moment in time, this is the only way we are able to sperate between each tier. The base loyalty tier is rewarded to customers who sign up normally.

The VIP Gold tier is rewarded to customers who visit/sign up during special events or who are recognised when sharing/creating Unchained Supps social media content, online.

Base Loyalty Rewards = 5% lifetime discount

VIP Gold Loyalty Rewards = 10% lifetime discount

Ambassador Loyalty Tiers are reserved for Unchained Supplements Ambassadors.
